There are many ways for you to make your gift:

Credit Card

Making a gift using our secure website is the fastest and most convenient way you can support Caltech, allowing your contribution to be put to use right away.

We often use bit.ly links to shorten our website URL in letters and emails. If you use one of those links, it will take you directly to our giving page: https://securelb.imodules.com.

eCheck (Preferred Method)

Help Caltech make the most of your gift by using our preferred method: eCheck. It's simple, secure, and the most cost-effective way to give. To make a one-time gift, just complete the e-Check Form and allow up to 5 business days for processing; your receipt will be mailed 5–7 business days after processing is complete. To make a recurring gift, please call (626) 395-6323 to provide your bank account and routing number directly to one of our gift specialists. Please do not send this information via email.

When you make a gift via PayPal, be sure to include your gift designation(s) in the comments section to ensure that your contribution is directed to your preferred allocation(s)—e.g., Caltech Fund, Undergraduate Scholarships, Graduate Fellowships, Caltech Parents Fund.

Gift of Stock

Donors who make gifts of appreciated securities (stocks, bonds, or mutual funds that have grown in value) earn an income tax deduction equal to the fair market value of their securities and avoid capital gains taxes on the transfer. Please complete the Stock Notification Form when transferring securities. To qualify for a federal-income-tax charitable deduction, the electronic transfer from an account or the postmark on the stock-certificate transmittal must occur on or before December 31 of the current calendar/tax year.
